New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced ICU RN, Critical Care RN, Trauma Nurse or Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Donation Coordinator. You will respond on-site to organ donor referrals to provide clinical expertise in donor evaluation, donor management, organ allocation and organ recovery.

Orientation for the January 2027 cohort will follow a general company-wide onsite orientation in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance; extensive driving throughout New England is required.
• Critical thinking and clinical assessment skills are essential.
• Travel to hospitals across New England is required; own vehicle preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate hospital staff on the donation process.
• Obtain donor consent and work with families.
• Coordinate with multiple surgical teams and critical care staff to optimize organs for transplantation.
• Respond on-site to organ donor referrals to provide clinical expertise.
