Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a donation processor to help thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and a cooperative, guest-centered approach.

You will sort donations, maintain a neat work area, assist with loading/unloading, and participate in required trainings. We offer weekly pay, PTO, benefits, and a 25% employee discount in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math and reading skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with guests and teammates.
• Must be 18+ and able to meet safety and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude with visitors.
• Sort and process donated goods into designated categories.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door/ADC area and assist with loading/unloading donations.
• Provide donation receipts and answer guest questions per procedures.
• Participate in trainings and follow safety and security practices.
