Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a donation processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale across our retail stores. You will process items quickly to meet production goals while following standard operating procedures. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and accurate donation handling.

The position supports teamwork, requires basic math/reading, and English communication. You may work at any ADC location in the territory, with training provided and a uniform

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Always display a professional, patient, and 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary.
• Perform tasks according to training playbooks and instructions.
• Evaluate and navigate decisions effectively.
• Promote teamwork with peers.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor area.
• Adhere to safety practices and report hazards.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
