Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated Donation Processing Associate to help inspect, sort, and grade donated goods for our retail stores. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our mission to put people to work while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more (1+) production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Good oral and written communication in English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide donation receipts to guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations with truck drivers.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door/ADC location and follow safety protocols.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
