Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking an enthusiastic team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience in our Fairfield store. You will handle donations, label items, issue receipts, and assist with loading goods for customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Must pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords accurately.
• Provide receipts to donors for donations.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and items.
• Label and price items for sale as needed.
• Ensure safe operation of pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and store areas.
• Cross-train to support other store positions as needed.
• Maintain orderly production room and sales floor.
• Keep accurate records and assist with basic merchandising.
