Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a team member to lead a great customer and brand experience at our Burlingame store. You will receive donations, label items, and assist customers with loading, operating pallet jacks, and keeping production and sales areas organized.

The role requires excellent customer service,English proficiency, and the ability to pass a forklift certification, background check, and drug screen. Full-time hours with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Accept donations with outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Inquire about hazardous donations and guide disposal.
• Write sales tickets and signs for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Assist in loading/unloading onto/off trucks and trailers.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment.
• Follow safety rules and use safety equipment.
• Provide floor care duties as needed.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
