Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Donation Attendant Store (Finance) to assist customers with donated goods and pre-sort donations.

You will greet donors, sort and label donations, load trailers, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following policy and security procedures. Evening and weekend availability may be required; a background check will be conducted.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider combination of education and work experience.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.
• Assist donors unloading their vehicle and help them avoid damage to their car.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label donations accordingly.
• Safely load trailers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety.
• Ensure the security of company assets and report any security or theft issues.
• Know and adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor about donation area and customers.
• Follow dress code and maintain personal hygiene standards as required by Goodwill.
• Exercise sound judgment when dealing with customers.
