Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Processor to greet customers and donors, receive donations, issue receipts and help move items in the store. You will sort donations, price wares, and maintain a clean stockroom while following safety guidelines. Prior retail or stock handling experience is preferred.

The role involves lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance and standing for long periods; a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or stock handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and barcode scanning.
• Ability to lift up to 40–100 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with courtesy and professional attitude.
• Receive donations and issue receipts to donors.
• Sort donations into carts/bins and assess quality.
• Sort and price hard goods (wares).
• Maintain clean stockroom and store areas as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and assist donors or coworkers.
