Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a friendly donation processor and retail associate to greet donors, issue receipts, and guide customers on the sales floor. You will sort, label, and stock textiles, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, reliable movement of merchandise, and adherence to store policies. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork on site.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from donors and issue receipts for donated items.
• Rotate stock and bring stock to sales floor in a timely manner.
• Place and present merchandise on textile racks and shelves per policies.
• Sort, box and label hangers by type.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly, professional attitude and assist as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and production area.
