Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, donors, and team members.
• Must be organized and able to work with a diverse population.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions with donors and customers.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donations into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate items.
• Maintain high quality and speed in work.
