Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Retail Donation Attendant to join the Wentzville Store team. You will engage donors, manage donations, and maintain store presentation while upholding our mission and values.

The role is hourly full-time with an hourly rate of $15.50 and a monthly bonus potential up to $250. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and assistance to donors with their donation drop-off and tax receipts.
• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, and trash.
