MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring a Retail Donation Attendant for our Hannibal store. You will assist donors, organize donations, and maintain store presentation while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred; no degree required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Organized and able to interact with a diverse population.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service during donations, including greetings and tax receipts.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Notify management of hazardous, valuable, or inappropriate items donated.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, rotate and organize areas efficiently.
• Uphold professional relationships with team members and leadership, and work cross-functionally.
