Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Donation Center Associate to receive donations, assist customers, and help keep the donation area organized. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour and the role requires friendly service and adherence to safety rules.

The position involves sorting donations, labeling gaylords, creating shipping manifests, and supporting loading/unloading as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Sorts incoming donations by general type of merchandise.
• Labels gaylords for proper merchandise type including storage, pickup, and transport.
• Creates manifests for shipping and transport of outgoing goods.
• Maintains donation center cleanliness and organization.
• Operates company equipment and follows safety rules.
