Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Prescott Valley is hiring a store associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, receiving donations, and promoting sales for GCNA and its affiliates.

Starting pay is $15.15 per hour. You will label items, provide donor receipts, assist in loading/unloading, and keep merchandise organized per the Picture Process Map (PPM) standards. You may cross-train in other store positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Assist loading/unloading furniture or other items to/from vehicles.
• Maintain placement of merchandise and production room per PPM standards.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment.
