Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will receive donations, price items, and assist customers with loading and unloading in a fast-paced retail environment across GCNA locations.

The role requires forklift certification, strong English communication, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling items and labeling Gaylords correctly.
• Ensures a receipt is offered to each donor.
• Assists customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to/from vehicles.
• Maintains merchandise placement and production room organization per PPM standards.
• Safely operates pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Conduces daily safety inspections on equipment and follows safety rules.
