Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Phoenix is seeking a Donation Center Associate. You will receive donations, assist customers, and operate center equipment to ensure efficient, courteous service. Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives donations in a courteous manner and sorts items into correct areas.
• Provides receipts to donors for donations.
• Maintains safe, clean donation area and follows safety rules.
• Assists customers with unloading items and supports loading/unloading merchandise.
• Keeps merchandise organized and donation center orderly.
