Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations with outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Provide receipts to donors regardless of donation size.
• Ask about hazardous items and direct disposal as needed.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections of equipment.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.
