Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities. You will receive donations, label items, and ensure donors receive receipts while following safety standards.

The role requires forklift certification, strong English skills, and a commitment to dependable attendance. A comprehensive benefits package and a values-driven culture are provided.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly for inventory control.
• Offer receipts to donors for every donation.
• Inquire about hazardous items and provide disposal guidance.
• Write up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading to/from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and production room organization.
• Assist loading/unloading onto/off trucks or trailers as needed.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and follow safety rules.
• Provide floor care at the retail store when required.
• Cross-train in other store roles as needed.
