Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is hiring a store team member to foster an exceptional customer and brand experience and drive sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities. You will receive donations promptly, label items, and assist customers while keeping the production area orderly.

Responsibilities include processing donations, providing receipts, assisting with loading, and maintaining safe, organized floors and backrooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service required.
• Forklift certification class may be needed.
• Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accepts donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Labeling and processing items as per store standards.
• Provide receipts to donors and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain organized production room and retail floors following safety rules.
