Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona (GCNA) in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking team members to help create an outstanding customer and brand experience. Responsibilities include receiving donations, labeling items, providing receipts, and assisting customers with loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and ensure receipts are offered to donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and other items.
• Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker; conduct daily safety inspections.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organize the production room per standards.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
