Job summary

GOODWILL OF THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY is seeking a full-time store team member to lead a superior customer and brand experience. You will receive donations, label items, assist customers with loading, and keep the production room organized following PPM standards.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to operate a pallet jack, and adherence to safety rules. Responsibilities include processing donations, handling sales tickets, and assisting with loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label Gaylords and prepare sales items.
• Offer receipts to donors for donations.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and large items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organize production room per PPM standards.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment and follow safety rules.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
