Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is hiring a Donation Attendant Store - Williamsburg (Finance). You will assist customers with donated goods, presort donations by category, and load trailers safely while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers, internal and external.
• Assist customers with their donations by greeting donors and helping them unload their vehicle.
• Accurately presort donations by category and label donations accordingly.
• Safely load trailers and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure security of company assets and report suspected security issues to supervision.
• Follow department policies, communicate with supervisor about donation area issues.
• Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards to project a positive image.
• Exercise sound judgment when dealing with customers to benefit both customers and Goodwill.
