Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and guests.
• Greet donors and unload donations from vehicles safely.
• Record donations accurately and issue receipts.
• Sort donated items into designated categories.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the donation area.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations for transport.
• Report safety or security hazards to management.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
