Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to communicate verbally with associates and customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to perform standing, bending, lifting, and climbing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
• Greets donors and safely unloads donations from vehicles.
• Accurately record donations.
• Sorts donated items into designated categories.
• Maintains a clean donation area and supplies receipts.
• Operates manual or powered equipment safely where applicable.
• Assists with loading/unloading donations for trucks.
• Performs general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Follows safety and security practices and reports hazards.
