Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role overseeing 15+ employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations for donated merchandise; meet sales goals and control expenses.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and supervise store personnel.
• Provide outstanding donor and customer service; resolve complaints with management input.
• Oversee merchandise rotation, pricing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Attend meetings and safety trainings; ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
