Responsibilities

• Oversees donated goods processing, pricing, staging and product flow to support sales floor readiness.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflow in production and back-room areas.
• Coordinates with store leadership to ensure smooth product rotation and merchandising.
• Trains and coaches retail associates and program participants; supports leadership in performance feedback.
• Ensures accurate paperwork, reporting, and adherence to company policies.
