Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries is seeking a Production Team Member to handle donated merchandise from receipt to display. You will process items, price goods, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include assisting donors, sorting and pricing donations, stocking the sales floor, and following safety procedures. Forklift certification may be required; a background check is part of the process.

Qualifications

• All educational backgrounds accepted; up to one month of related experience or training.
• Criminal background check is required.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations.
• Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock for the store.
• Follow operating procedures for sorting, labeling, and stacking materials.
• Operate baling machine for material compression if assigned.
• Palletize, wrap, and track materials for transport.
• Price and move furniture to the retail sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
