Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee donated goods processing, pricing, staging, and movement to the sales floor.
• Maintain production, back-room, and donation area standards for organization, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Support store leadership in merchandising, staging, rotation, and store presentation standards.
• Lead and coach retail associates and program participants; provide feedback on performance and operations.
• Ensure accurate labeling, organization, and staging of outbound product for transport.
• Perform required paperwork, reports, and records accurately and on time.
