Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reach production goals (minimum of 110 garments per hour with 90% quality).
• Ensure proper production of donations and readiness for the store floor.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and goods.
• Maintain safe conditions in the back-room and observe safety policies.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts as assigned.
