Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill in Texas seeks a Production Team Member to process donated merchandise, including receiving, sorting, grading, and preparing items for retail sale. You will provide courteous and professional donor service and help maintain inventory across departments.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading donations, labeling, and stocking; operating a baler and forklifts with proper certification; and keeping a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of donors and team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist donors, unload donations, and provide courteous service.
• Sort, inspect, and price donations; hang clothing and stock for the store.
• Operate baling machine and forklifts (certificate required); maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Document donations and follow SOPs for sorting, labeling, and stacking materials.
