Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Production for a full-time schedule to stock, price, and process donated and purchased items for distribution on the sales floor. You will follow the POS Solutions Inventory System and work to meet production quotas while maintaining orderly/clean work areas in a busy store open seven days a week.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, basic math, and clear communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience interacting with the public or a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow the POS Solutions Inventory System and meet production quotas.
• Sort, price, and categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support Kaizen practices.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure store appearance.
