Goodwill is seeking a Production Lead to manage day-to-day store operations and production performance, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to standards. The role acts as a supervisor when needed, promoting a positive image and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The candidate should drive donation processing, lead by example, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet store goals and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager or Production Manager to reach production goals monthly and yearly.
• Interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
• Market Goodwill and communicate its mission to the public.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships among store and production staff.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned by the manager for the week.
• Ensure donations processing and store floor readiness.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and customer-facing areas.
• Observe safety policies and enforce them with associates.
• Perform duties of a Production Associate when needed.
