Goodwill-Industries-of-SAN-Joaquin is seeking a Donated Goods Manager to lead assigned location operations, drive revenue, and ensure profitability. You will supervise staff, volunteers, and program participants while upholding Goodwill’s mission and safety standards.

You will direct daily activities, train teams, and maintain inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with policies. Occasional travel to coverage locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Accredited Associate degree or equivalent; experience may substitute education.
• 5+ years of management experience in related field, including hiring/interviewing at least 2 years.
• Cash handling, banking procedures, safety and customer service knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Direct and monitor store operations to drive revenue and meet monthly budgets.
• Select, train, coach and schedule personnel to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Administer disciplinary action per agency policies; enforce safety and security standards.
• Ensure superior customer service and handle donor/customer issues impartially.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, labeling, and records; prepare required reports.
