Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general management and supervision principles, merchandising, pricing, inventory control, basic cash handling and bank procedures, customer service, safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise location staff to ensure performance and safety.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper use of POS and WMS systems; monitor equipment and staff.
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets and maintain merchandising standards.
• Handle money operations including daily register balancing, banking, and change as required.
