Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Knowledge of management, merchandising, pricing and inventory control.
• Basic cash handling and bank procedures knowledge.
• Strong focus on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and supervise location personnel in line with agency policies.
• Ensure safe working environment and address unsafe conditions.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and merchandise rotation.
