Job description

To assist retail store management in the planning, implementation, and oversight of merchandise processing operations. Works closely with store management to ensure the effective execution of retail policies, procedures, and operational standards. Supports the overall success of retail activities by fostering a productive environment, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.
