Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donated Goods Associate to support store operations across donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashier duties. You will assist with donations, stock, and sales while providing ACE customer service and maintaining clean, organized spaces.

Training and safety are emphasized as you rotate through tasks to meet daily goals. Responsibilities include greeting donors, handling transactions, pricing merchandise, and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Willingness to learn Goodwill standards for donations, pricing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions at the register, including cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Receive, unload, and sort donated goods; determine quality and usability.
• Hang, tag, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, donation area, stockroom, and restrooms.
