Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our Retail stores. You will process items quickly to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily goals
• Identify and resolve problems or seek management support
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates

• Follow training playbooks and instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
