Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team-oriented donor goods grader to inspect and grade donations for resale in our stores. You will process goods quickly to meet daily production goals and may rotate between work areas to support operations.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must foster a healthy team culture of guest experience.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
