Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to support the donation intake and processing workflow in our stores. You will examine and grade donated goods and prepare items for sale while working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will follow training playbooks, maintain a clean work area, collaborate with supervisors and teammates, and meet daily production goals to help fund career centers and job training programs across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
