Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our Retail stores. The role supports fast-paced processing and adherence to safety standards while contributing to community job-training programs.

Responsibilities include grading, processing, and assisting across production areas, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and a neat, organized workspace. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members
• Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers
• Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
