AIT Worldwide Logistics, Union City, GA, is seeking a Domestic Agent II to support the coordination and execution of domestic air and ground freight shipments. You will quote, route, track, and document shipments with a focus on accuracy and timely communication, working with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in freight forwarding, and familiarity with IATA/TSA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Quote, track and trace domestic shipments via air/ground on a daily basis.
• Route freight shipments across transportation modes per client requests.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding shipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding dispatch, routing and rates.
• Maintain on-time performance and issue resolution metrics.
• Assist sales and domestic offices with air/ground freight issues.
• Help compile customer KPI reports weekly/monthly.
