Responsibilities

• Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments daily.
• Route freight across multiple transportation modes per client requests.
• Proactively communicate with clients on shipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors on dispatch, routing and rates.
• Support local sales and domestic offices with freight issues.
• Maintain daily on-time performance metrics and KPI data.
• Ensure accurate paperwork, labeling and scanning for shipments.
