Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Domestic Agent II to support the coordination and execution of domestic air and ground shipments. You will quote, route, track and document shipments with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

The role requires 3+ years freight forwarding experience, knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations, and familiarity with SAP and AS400 systems. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Freight Forwarding experience required.
• 5+ years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations required.
• SAP and AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments daily.
• Route freight across multiple transportation modes per client requests.
• Proactively communicate with clients on shipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding dispatch, routing and rates.
• Maintain on-time performance and ensure KPI data is accurate.
• Assist in monthly inventory processing and ensure paperwork is accurate.
