Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. The role covers real-time inference, multi-agent design patterns, and scalable integration across systems.

You will work on RAG-based context systems, develop semantic chunking and search, and mentor a Knowledge / Data team. The position emphasizes hybrid collaboration and professional growth within EY's global AI-focused initiative.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting/collaboration tools (Github/Gitlab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through primary/secondary research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to ensure balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring other members of the Knowledge / Data team.
