Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You’ll work on multi-agent memory communication, RAG systems, and advanced context management, collaborating across AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.

The role requires a strong background in memory architectures, AI frontier models, model fine-tuning, and distributed inference.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools and code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems with RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI native design processes and mentor the team.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech and present IP filings.
