Scenthound Scottsdale Shea is hiring a Dog Wellness Advocate to be the first impression for every dog parent. You will deliver exceptional service, educate customers on routine dog care, and drive memberships in a sales-driven environment.

Work hands-on with dogs, contribute to a welcoming front-of-house, manage bookings, and grow with a clear path to Assistant Manager and Manager roles through performance and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills.
• Genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing.
• Confidence in sales (membership or retail experience preferred).
• Strong communication and basic tech/computer skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through customer connection and education.
• Recommend services, add-ons, and products to meet customer needs.
• Manage appointments, customer profiles, and phone inquiries.
• Provide a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house experience.
