The role emphasizes dog wellbeing, customer relationships, and growth into leadership positions, with advancement opportunities and a team-centered culture. Training and development accompany a schedule of 30–40 hours per week.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16–$22/hour (base + incentives + tips)
• 30–40 hours/week
• 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

About the Role

As a Dog Wellness Advocate, you are the first impression for every dog parent. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and educate customers on the value of routine dog care. This is a sales-driven role built on building relationships, trust, and genuine enthusiasm for dogs.
