About the Role

As a Dog Wellness Membership Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to pet parents. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. We believe in career development, and top performers in this role will have the opportunity to advance into management as we continue to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness dog care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our dog grooming services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets

What We’re Looking For

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions

• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
