This role is ideal for a college or high school student who is passionate about dogs and building relationships with great dog parents. We are looking for approximately 12-15 hours of part-time work on Saturdays and Sundays. The Front Desk associate is responsible for scheduling pups, safely transporting pups between the front and back of the Scenter, and ensuring a great client experience.

The position is paid hourly but has performance incentives ($5 for new customer sign-ups, 10% of product sales, and monthly bonuses for service add-ons).

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow their skillset.

• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
